Solving a Chilling Murder in Ponticelli: The Arrest of Three Suspected Killers of Pasquale Manna

One of the most unsettling murders in Ponticelli and surrounding areas has been solved: the three alleged killers of Pasquale Manna, who was killed a year ago in the eastern outskirts of Naples, are now in jail. As of this morning, the Carabinieri of the Naples provincial command are executing two precautionary measures issued by the GIP of the Neapolitan Court at the request of the District Anti-Mafia Directorate, related to the murder aggravated by mafia methods. The Carabinieri of the investigative unit of the Torre Annunziata group have then arrested 3 people accused of the murder of Pasquale Manna, 58 years old, originally from Casalnuovo. Manna was killed a year ago in the eastern outskirts of Naples. The 58-year-old was allegedly shot while in his car near a fuel station in the territory of Volla, on Ravioncello street. Despite being injured, he attempted to flee but died from his wounds upon reaching Ponticelli. Manna fell into an ambush as part of the Camorra feud between old and new clans of Ponticelli: he was considered to be with the Rea-Veneruso group.
