Stalking and Aggravated Assault Charges in Amalfi and Campagna

"Stalking and aggravated personal injuries": this is the crime that the Carabinieri of Amalfi and the Salerno Prosecutor's Office are accusing a 56-year-old man from Agerola of, who has been served a residence order in his hometown. According to a complaint filed by his brother, between November 2023 and January 2024, he would have been threatened and physically attacked, causing him permanent damage to a leg. A measure also issued by the Salerno Prosecutor's Office, an eviction from the family home with a prohibition of approaching the victim, was served by the Carabinieri of Campagna to a 53-year-old accused of mistreating his own parents.
