On Tuesday, the officers of the Nola Highway Police, during road surveillance services, on San Massimo street, proceeded to check a FIAT 500 with a French license plate.
From the check, the police found that the manufacturer's identification plate present in the engine compartment was different from the original one, while the car itself turned out to be the subject of a theft reported in November 2022, in Grumo Nevano.
Therefore, the driver, a 39-year-old from Nola with a police record, has been reported for money laundering, counterfeiting and use of state seals; in addition, several traffic code violations were contested, while the vehicle was criminally seized.
