During a territorial control service, the local station's carabinieri noticed the bags near an unfenced agricultural land. At first glance, they seemed like trash but the officers wanted to check more thoroughly. Inside, seven hunting rifles and about 200 cartridges of various calibers with broken bullets. The weapons, perfectly oiled and functional, were seized and will be subjected to ballistic and fingerprint tests to verify if they have been used in bloody incidents.
