Strict Law Enforcement Checks in Santa Maria Capua Vetere and San Prisco

Strict checks by the Carabinieri, yesterday, in the city centers of Santa Maria Capua Vetere and San Prisco. The military police carried out a coordinated territorial control service during the hours of greatest concentration of city nightlife, together with personnel from the Carabinieri Labor Inspectorate of Caserta and the urban police of San Prisco. During the checks, also carried out along the National Appia road at the height of the municipality of San Prisco, the military checked the permits of the kiosks present, used for the sale of food, finding that the activities were active in the absence of trade authorizations in a fixed location and simultaneously occupying the sidewalk spaces not only with the vehicles used for resale, but also with tables, benches and chairs. The three activities were suspended and the vans and equipment were subjected to administrative seizure. The checks allowed to discover that three people not regularly employed were employed at two of the three establishments. The relevant procedures for administrative dispute have been initiated in this regard. The control services carried out in the city center of Santa Maria Capua Vetere and at the local Municipal Villa, instead allowed the referral in a state of freedom of five young people, aged between 17 and 23 years, surprised respectively, in possession of numerous doses of hashish, two knuckledusters, one of which was capable of delivering electric shocks on contact, a switchblade knife and a health card resulting from theft. Finally, the Carabinieri also proceeded to report, to the Prefecture of Caserta, a young man who, after the search, was found in possession of hashish for personal use. The knuckledusters, the switchblade knife and the drug found were seized.
