Students from G. Alberti Institute Explore the Mediterranean Tourism Exchange

With the visit to the Bmt (Mediterranean Tourism Exchange) at the Mostra d'Oltremare in Naples, the Pcto journey of the students from the 3rd, 4th, and 5th tourism classes of the G. Alberti Secondary School of Second Degree has concluded today. The students, accompanied by the teachers Maddalena Spinelli, Giovanni Castaldi, Angela Porcaro, Anna Clorinda Ricci and by the staff of D.M.C One Event Italy and by the teacher Samuela Zanolli, coordinator of the group, had the opportunity to engage in a highly professional and involving atmosphere with tourism sector operators and with the most important transportation companies. During the fair visit, the students collected informative and promotional material at various stands which they will examine and analyze in class as the conclusion of the educational journey carried out. The Bmt fair, which is held annually over an exhibition area of more than 12,000 square meters and hosts 400 exhibitors and 10,500 accredited operators, is the largest market place in the Mediterranean. At the fair, which has been held for 26 years in Naples, all the big names in tourism are present: tour operators, airlines, shipping companies, cruises, tourism boards, hotel chains. An invaluable opportunity for students to interface with the world of work, through an active experience full of interesting stimuli.
