Everyone knows that citrus fruits are rich in vitamin C, very useful for preventing coughs and colds, while not everyone knows that they also have a decent content of vitamin A, precious for sight and vitamin B that counteracts the sense of tiredness. In addition, citrus fruits are a good source of fiber and contain minerals such as phosphorus, potassium, magnesium and calcium. Experts from the Slow Food Coast Sorrentina and Capri Aps Volunteers will intervene on the topic together with the producers present. The workshop will conclude with the tasting of a healthy and refreshing orange juice.
