The Chief of Police of Naples, at the proposal of the Municipal Police of Naples, has ordered a 15-day suspension of the business operations and the public service of food and drinks against a local bar in the historic center.
In particular, on the evening of last December 2, the officers of the Local Police Security Department - U.o. Social Emergencies and Minors Protection, while carrying out a service in the nightlife areas in the historic center, had surprised two women, a cashier and a bartender, who had sold alcohol to a 15-year-old without asking for an identity document despite the physical characteristics that highlighted his minor age.
For this reason, the two women were reported for having served alcoholic beverages to minors while the owner was reported for failing to supervise his employees.
The measure is therefore aimed at averting a concrete danger to public order and the safety of citizens.
