Tax Judge Status and Compliance with EU Norms: A Webinar Symposium

“The status of the tax judge and compliance with EU norms” is the theme of a webinar-symposium organized by the Ium Academy School, an institute of high legal and linguistic training, which will be held on Friday, February 25, from 3 to 6 PM, with the control room located at the institute's headquarters in Piazza Nicola Amore in Naples. The online meeting, chaired by Ettore Rosato, Vice President of the Chamber of Deputies, and coordinated by Eduardo Maria Piccirilli, Scientific Director of the Ium Academy School and tax judge, will open with greetings from Alberto Santolini, president of Odev Isernia, Filippo Di Nacci, president of Asmt, and Antonio Tafuri, president of the Naples Bar Association. The introduction by Professor Antonio Felice Uricchio, president of Anvur and Full Professor of Tax Law, will open the round of reports by: Aldo Patriciello, Member of the European Parliament, on “EU norms in the tax process”; Angelo Gargani, Taxpayer Ombudsman for the Lazio Region, on “The role of the Ombudsman in the tax process”; Franco Roberti, Member of the European Parliament, former national anti-mafia prosecutor, on “The EU Commission and tax justice”; Nicola Graziano, president of the Tax Section of the C.T.P. Caserta, on “The status of the Tax Judge”; Aldo Sessa, Vice President of the Tax Section of the C.T.P. Salerno, on “The tax judge and fees”; Raffaele Ceniccola, former member of the C.S.G.T, on “The role of the Council of Presidency of Tax Justice”. The conclusions will be entrusted to Stanislao De Matteis, Vice President of the Council of Presidency of Tax Justice of the General Prosecutor's Office of the Court of Cassation.
