The Enterprise is Female: Empowering Women in Business

After the success of the last edition, "The Enterprise is Female" returns to Naples, this time in the famous location of City of Science. The event, which will be held on April 15, 2024 from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, is a stage of a national tour that has been involving and changing the lives of hundreds of women for years. "The Enterprise is Female" is a day of sharing and training dedicated to all women, where entrepreneurs and professionals come together for one purpose: to be spokespersons for other women, to tell that being a woman is not a limit, it is beautiful. The event, completely free for all participants, was designed for all those who have started a business venture or dream of starting one. Key concepts on how to set up strategies and enrich managerial knowledge will be transferred, interacting with five highly successful entrepreneurs: Anna Aulico, Anna Marras, Michaela Gariboldi, and Giada Melis. Throughout the day, Campanian entrepreneurs, special guests of the event, coming from different sectors, will also be interviewed. The initiative, non-profit, was born from the desire to network among women. During the event, themes from the homonymous book "The Enterprise is Female" will be discussed, thanks to which all women can discover through the experiences of the protagonists Anna Aulico, Anna Marras, Michaela Garibaldi, and Giada Melis, how it is possible to break down society's stereotypes and become great entrepreneurs, combining a life full of satisfactions and personal achievements with the management of a prosperous and profitable business.
