The PNRR Challenge and the Strategic Role of Municipal Secretaries

The great challenge of the PNRR and the strategic role of the Municipal Secretary at the helm of the administrative machine called to materialize such challenges: this was the main theme of the training day for Municipal Secretaries, organized by the Campania regional secretariat of the National Union of Municipal and Provincial Secretaries with the patronage of the Municipality of Maddaloni and hosted in the National Boarding School Giordano Bruno. The management of the PNRR funds is the main theme of the administrative action in these months and at least for the next biennium: an important commitment, often also with inadequate means and resources, to which the local entity is called and, with it, the administrators and the top managers of the administrative structure. The event, introduced by the General Secretary of the Municipality of Maddaloni as well as regional secretary of the Campanian category union, Geraldo Bonacci, saw the participation of the top leaders of the Municipalities from the entire Campania region, also accompanied by the heads of financial services. The speaker was Prof. Francesco Delfino, an expert in public finance at the Arconet Commission of the Ministry of Economy and Finance and at the Observatory on finance and accounting of local authorities - Ministry of the Interior.
