Three Arrested in Naples for Burglary: Caught with Cash, Wedding Ring, and Lock-Picking Tools

In the morning today, the Carabinieri of the Investigative Unit of Naples and the company of Poggioreale arrested three people, aged 36, 48, and 52, because they were seriously suspected of burglary. After several reports of a suspicious car passing along the National Road of Puglie, in the municipality of Casoria, the military observed two people exiting a doorway, then getting into a car driven by a third person. The check was triggered immediately, in the availability of the detainees money for several hundred euros, a wedding ring and various tools functional to the lock-picking activity. From the checks carried out by the Carabinieri immediately, it turned out that the ring and the sum of money had been stolen shortly before by introducing themselves into an apartment whose entrance door had been opened with a universal key conventionally called "Topolino", used to open any European cylinder without forcing. The three arrested were imprisoned in the Naples Poggioreale prison.
