Garzillo, when he worked for Enel at the Presenzano Power Plant, was particularly involved in the reactivation of the hydroelectric plant machinery. A task that for a year he had been performing for Lab Engineering, a company in Ortona, which deals with gas pipelines, drilling and oil and gas production plants, and innovative technologies. In his capacity as an expert, he was sent to Suviana to oversee the reactivation operations of the machines.
