Tragic Accident on State Highway 91: Two Carabinieri Dead and Others Injured

On the state highway 91 'Della Valle del Sele' traffic returned to normal in the early hours of the morning, after the accident that involved three cars tonight, including a Carabinieri patrol car, in the locality of Quadrivio, a hamlet of Campagna (Salerno). In the collision, two Carabinieri aboard the service vehicle lost their lives and a third Carabinieri, also present in the vehicle, was injured. The two drivers of the other two vehicles were also injured. The state highway 91 was closed shortly after one in the morning and until 4 am to allow the law enforcement to carry out the necessary investigations and subsequent clearing of the roadway.
