Tragic Women's Day Incident in Casoria

It is the evening of Women's Day, it's about 11 PM but in a house in Casoria there is little to celebrate and especially nothing to respect. The Carabinieri of the Casoria company reach an apartment in the town center for a family dispute. The events happened elsewhere but the woman managed to escape and went to her father's house. The story is not only tragic but also long and lives through more episodes. It starts with the argument and in the house there is him - a 38-year-old and clearly drunk - and his partner, who is also 38 years old. Unjustly witnessing the scene is the couple's 6-year-old child. He often drinks and perhaps also uses drugs. The situation is unsustainable and the woman tries to react. This triggers the man's rage for the umpteenth time - the Carabinieri's investigations will indeed be able to reconstruct countless episodes of abuse starting from last August. The 38-year-old devastates the apartment and amid screams and cries that serve as a backdrop, he threatens to kill the woman who takes the little one and flees by car to her father's house. The man charges again and reaches his partner under her father's house. He demands that she comes down but fortunately, the victim does not accept. He is a brute and with punches, he destroys the car used by the woman. It will take eight Carabinieri to stop the 38-year-old who even in the presence of the officers continues to threaten the victim's life. The 38-year-old has been arrested and transferred to jail where he will have to answer for the crimes of abuse, injury, and resistance to a public official.
