Unexpected Police Visit Leads to Arrests and Drug Seizure

When he went to the home of his 36-year-old friend under house arrest in Santa Maria Capua Vetere, he did not consider the possibility that the police might suddenly arrive to carry out the routine check that, as always, occurs for individuals under such restrictive measures. Thus, the 20-year-old guest, faced with this eventuality and finding himself cornered, decided to dispose of his pouch containing drugs by throwing it from the balcony and to hide among the clothes in the bedroom closet. Unfortunately for him, one of the military officers of the 'Arma' who remained on the street waiting near the patrol car saw the scene and called the colleagues who had just gone up to the apartment, who then carried out a personal and home search. During the former, inside the right pocket of the jacket worn by the 36-year-old under house arrest, who showed intolerance to the check from the start, the carabinieri found and seized 0.55 grams of hashish, while, during the home search, hidden among the clothes inside the closet located in the bedroom, they discovered the young 20-year-old who, once searched, was found in possession of 450.00 euros in various denominations, a mobile phone, and the keys to a Lancia Y car. The pouch thrown by him from the balcony at the moment of the arrival of the carabinieri, later recovered, was found to contain 45.70 grams of crack, a total of 25.31 grams of cocaine, and two precision scales. Inside the driver's side door of the Lancia Y car used by the 20-year-old, instead, the carabinieri seized the pouch with a package containing 10.36 grams of marijuana, 25 cellophane wraps containing a total of 8.33 grams of cocaine, 2 wraps containing a total of 15.47 grams of crack, a precision scale, and the sum of 825 euros in various denominations. The 20-year-old, arrested, was placed under house arrest.
