Urban Exclusion Orders Issued in Caserta Following Violent Brawl

The Police Commissioner of Caserta has issued four 'dacur', a measure that imposes a ban on accessing urban areas, also known as 'urban daspo'. Last August, in the municipality of Grazzanise, a brawl broke out among young people, which, due to the violence of the behaviors, created a dangerous situation for the many people who were crowding the streets of the center, a popular nightlife spot. The investigative activity, carried out by the Anti-Crime Division of the Caserta Police Department, upon notification by the Carabinieri of Grazzanise, allowed the Police Commissioner, Andrea Grassi, to issue an administrative measure against four young people, one of whom is a minor, prohibiting access and loitering near public establishments in the central area of the municipality of Grazzanise, for a duration of two years.
