Virtuosi di Sansevero: A Night of Chamber Music Masterpieces at San Gennaro's Chapel

On Friday, April 19th at 7:30 PM, in the evocative Chapel of the Treasure of San Gennaro on Via Duomo, a new concert by the Virtuosi di Sansevero is scheduled, promoted by the Napolitano Foundation in collaboration with the Deputation of the Royal Chapel of the Treasure of San Gennaro, as part of the Napolitano Foundation's flagship series taking place in the art venues of Naples. The artistic direction is managed by the violinist Riccardo Zamuner, who for this concert has invited internationally renowned artists such as the violist Giuseppe Russo Rossi, the cellist Silvia Chiesa, and the pianist Maurizio Baglini, who together with Zamuner will perform two masterpieces of the chamber music repertoire: Schumann's Quartet Op.47 and Brahms's Quartet No. 3 Op.60. The season of the Virtuosi di Sansevero will continue until December with other concerts in exceptional locations including palaces, churches, and museums of Naples, pairing international guests with young talents. Three more concert-events by the Virtuosi di Sansevero will take place in Anacapri. The president of the Napolitano Foundation is Sergio Sciarelli, with Maestro Maria Sbeglia as the artistic director. The concert on April 19th is included in the Virtuosi di Sansevero subscription.
