Woman Forces Host to Sleep in Garage, Faces Legal Consequences

A woman is hosted in a house, but she occupies the dwelling and forces him to sleep in the garage. A 67-year-old woman from Grottaminarda has been reported for violation of domicile and received a residence ban issued by the judge for preliminary investigations of the Benevento court upon request of the Public Prosecutor's Office. The Carabinieri of the Grottaminarda Station executed the ordinance applying the precautionary measure. The investigation stems from the complaint of the victim, a 69-year-old friend of the woman. The man had hosted her in his own house for a short period. After which, the lady refused to leave despite the intervention of the carabinieri. The 67-year-old would have argued that only a judge could determine her removal. For the 69-year-old, the situation had become a nightmare to the extent of forcing him to sleep in the garage. At the end of the investigation, the woman was reached by a ban on residing in the municipality of Grottaminarda. Thus, the 69-year-old was able to take possession of his house.
