Woman Reports Abusive Partner Leading to His Arrest

She reported and got her partner, who constantly mistreated her, arrested, especially after he beat her and threatened her, taking possession of her cell phone. The events took place in Castel Volturno; the woman, after having long suffered from her partner's violent and bullying behavior, reported him to the State Police, activating the swift procedures of the red code. The investigations by the Prosecutor's Office of Santa Maria Capua Vetere and the Castel Volturno Police Station gathered enough evidence to request and obtain from the public prosecutor to the judge for preliminary investigations the precautionary custody order in jail for stalking and robbery.
