World-renowned Baritone Ludovic Tézier Hosts Masterclass at Nicola Sala Conservatory

The French baritone Ludovic Tézier, considered among the best in the world, was a guest today at the "Nicola Sala" Conservatory of Benevento for a masterclass with students at the San Vittorino auditorium. Tézier, who is currently performing at the San Carlo Theatre in Naples in the opera "La Gioconda", accepted the invitation from the Conservatory's president Caterina Meglio and director Giuseppe Ilario, who are committed to the pursuit of teaching excellence. In sharing his story with the students, Tézier recalled: "I was studying economics in Marseille and from the other side of the courtyard I could hear singing, I realized there was a singing school and gradually I made my way over. I took it one step at a time, I never pushed my voice to make a career, I advise not to start too quickly, with roles of great intensity, because - as they say in France - then you won't have the base to make the sauce."
