Stabbed at a party, 31-year-old in serious condition: life in danger. Alerted by the emergency number 112, the Carabinieri intervened last night at the Cardarelli hospital in Naples for an injured person. Shortly before, medical personnel had transferred to the emergency room a 31-year-old from Sri Lanka with multiple stab wounds. From the initial investigations still ongoing, the Carabinieri have ascertained that the man would have been injured during a party on via Ponti Rossi. The victim has undergone surgery, is in life-threatening condition. The investigations by the Carabinieri of the Vomero company continue to reconstruct the entire incident and identify those responsible. A 24-year-old Sri Lankan with no criminal record has been detained. According to investigators, the suspect who tonight - during a party inside a reception hall in the San Carlo Arena district - would have stabbed the victim for trivial reasons in the presence of numerous compatriots.
