Cyril Ngonge celebrated and won with Napoli defeating his Verona, but he will have to wait to see his first goal in the blue jersey recognized.

The player's goal, in fact, was at the center of many evaluations by the match commissioners, since the shot had been deflected by a Verona player - specifically by Dawidowicz - before entering the goal.

After evaluations, in fact, the Italian Serie A League opted for the defender's own goal: the images showed that the shot was not directed towards the mirror and - as reported by the regulation for the assignment of goal/own goal - this means that the goal is not attributed to the attacker, but is an own goal of the defender who, with his deviation, allowed the ball to nest.
