Almost a hundred tractors from all over Campania arrived on Marina Street in Naples, occupying the entire driving lane, escorted by law enforcement. The tractors stopped in front of the poor people's canteen on Marina Street where meals are distributed every day to the needy of the city and province. The farmers donated produce harvested this morning in Campania.

The procession then arrived in Municipio square, near Palazzo San Giacomo. Several slogans were displayed on the vehicles: 'Uncultivated will be you, not our land', 'You are depriving us of our future'. And again: 'Let's save agriculture. Our end, your hunger' and 'Our cabbages are your cabbages'.

Applause from the Neapolitans, curiosity among tourists when the tractors invaded the seafront on a spring day. After crossing the city, the procession reached the area of the large hotels where it has for the moment stopped. Many citizens are approaching and to whom the farmers explain the reasons for the demonstration and the motivations in defense of the category but also of consumers.
