"I feel good, I had a great festival, I liked everything. Yesterday on the stage it was me and Angelina, we are two young people, and this is important. I'm happy, it couldn't have gone better." This was explained by the Neapolitan rapper Geolier, who came second at Sanremo 2024 behind Angelina Mango. "Disappointed? No, I brought the Neapolitan so I already won at the beginning of the festival because I achieved my goals," he added. "But if you're talking about the '50s, then yes, I think this prejudice thing has passed, in general." Geolier responds this way to journalists who ask him if he thinks there is still a racist prejudice against Neapolitans. "I am from the 2000s, so I can't tell you about that era," Geolier adds. Finally, a balance: "I liked the journey very much. I bring back to Naples some good memories of Sanremo. The festival is a competition in itself, streaming doesn't count. It doesn't work based on this. I'm happy with everything."
