The Carabinieri of the provincial command of Naples have intensified controls on the city's territory. Bagnoli, Fuorigrotta, Posillipo, Vomero, Stella, and Scampia are the neighborhoods where the action of the military from the respective companies has been concentrated. The operation, targeted and widespread, is part of a much larger context of prevention and repression with the dual objective of ensuring safety and well-being for the citizens.

Dozens of patrols and over 100 military personnel deployed in the city. The final balance reports 17 reports of offenses, 1 arrest, 15 young people reported to the Prefecture for drug possession, almost 40 road traffic offenses, and two significant seizures. It happened in Posillipo and the 34-year-old was detained in a security room pending trial. Evasion was also a crime recorded in this part of the city. A 59-year-old was found on the street, despite the house arrest measure requiring her not to leave the four walls of her home. 6 illegal parking attendants were reported to the judicial authority, concentrated around the nightlife venues of Coroglio. 4 drug users were administratively sanctioned and reported to the Prefecture. They are all very young.

Controls also along the Vomero hill. The Carabinieri of the Vomero company patrolled the main squares and streets of the neighborhood. A 19-year-old was found in possession of a knife. The switchblade was hooked on the inside of his pants and was located thanks to the metal detector provided. Evasion was also charged to a 26-year-old from Naples. He too was found on the street without authorization. Illegal parking attendants also on the hill: 5 were reported. In this part of the city, the rates for parking are very high.
