The Review Court of Naples has cancelled the order and the related precautionary measure issued against the former executive director of ENIT, Giovanni Bastianelli, for an alleged hypothesis of auction disturbance related to a hotel concession in the Municipality of Pozzuoli and, in particular, in the Rione Terra.

"Great satisfaction" was expressed by lawyers Domenico Ciruzzi and Valerio Esposito, who assist the former public manager. "The Review Court has done justice, - say the two professionals - cancelling a precautionary order that, as we have highlighted with the utmost conviction during the review hearing, did not respect the requirements provided by law and unjustifiably hit an honest and highly esteemed public director".
