On Saturday, the police officers of the Fuorigrotta road police sub-section noticed an individual on a scooter who, on the Naples Ring Road, was driving his vehicle with the front wheel lifted off the road. The officers stopped and checked him, finding him in possession of a fake driving license supposedly issued by Ukraine. For these reasons, the accused, identified as a 26-year-old of Ukrainian nationality, was reported for the use of a false document and was charged with several violations of the road code: having circulated with a motorcycle with Polish nationality plate, with a rental contract without a driver and without registration in the list of foreign vehicles, and for driving with the front wheel lifted from the road surface for several meters on the highway. Finally, the vehicle was subjected to an administrative detention for 60 days.
