In the early days of March, Gianluca Festa (mayor of Avellino, now under house arrest as part of an investigation into public procurement in the Campania capital) was busy securing documents. When he fails to dismantle his PC's case, the mayor then calls a colleague for help to move it elsewhere. Everything documented with audio and video interceptions. Later, the Carabinieri arrive at the town hall to recover the computer, and the mayor declares he never had one at his disposal.
