Young man stabbed at the subway station: the suspect in jail. The judge for preliminary investigations of the Court of Naples has validated the arrest of a suspect of crime ordered by the Naples Prosecutor's Office on March 5th against a man accused of the attempted murder committed, against a 21-year-old boy, last February 29th in Naples, near the Montedonzelli Line 1 subway station. The investigations, carried out immediately by the Carabinieri of the Naples Vomero Company - consisting in the acquisition of summary information, the seizure and inspection of a mobile phone, and the analysis of the city's license plate reader - allowed, in a short time, to gather elements regarding the reconstruction of the fact and to acquire a serious circumstantial framework against the suspect, who would have acted for trivial reasons. Following a fight among some boys, writes in a note the prosecutor Nicola Gratteri, one of whom slightly wounded, the suspect reached one of the subjects involved in the fight and hit him in the throat with a large serrated kitchen knife. The judge for preliminary investigations has simultaneously issued against the suspect the measure of pre-trial detention in jail.
