A documentary on Neapolitan pizza that will air on Amazon Prime in Italy and abroad next fall. A sensory journey through the traditions, passions, and stories hidden behind the fascinating world of the most typical Neapolitan dish. We are talking about the project 'Pizza Stories', created by Luca Carcano and Bruno Avagliano, which will be presented on Wednesday, March 27 in the press room of the Chamber of Deputies at Montecitorio. The documentary will star journalist Luciano Pignataro from Il Mattino and foodblogger Flavia Corrado, who will also be the host. 'Pizza Stories', sponsored by the Campania Region, will guide us through Italian products of excellence, historical origins, culinary arts, and different interpretations of an iconic dish, uniting people through a common passion. The conference will include a debate with sector experts, including the Undersecretary of State at the Ministry of Agriculture, Food Sovereignty and Forests Hon. Luigi D'Eramo, Hon. Attilio Pierro, and the creators and producers Bruno Avagliano and Luca Carcano. Their presence will open up an informed and stimulating perspective on current and future trends in the world of pizza, offering participants a unique opportunity to delve into the nuances of this food that unites cultures and generations. The filming is scheduled in Naples during the first week of April.
